ABOUT THE SCULPTOR

I am curious by nature.  I like the idea of seeking omnicompetence.

Omnicompetence is a term coined by one of the great thinkers of the 21st century, Russel Ackoff. It's the ideal of being competent at everything; which allows you to execute any of your ideas. It's not something you achieve, rather it's something you constantly approach as you develop.

I dabble in many things. I'm a sculptor, writer, philosopher, photographer, engineer, architect, inventor, and adventurer. I have traveled the world, raced cars, skydived, rock climbed, spelunked, and skied throughout the US and Canada.

Adventures are fun but ideas are what really excite me. My sculpture allows me to manifest ideas into forms that will hopefully outlast me. I am the author of, Why and Because - The Art and Science of Moral and Ethical Understanding. This book is available in print, as an e-book, or audiobook.
